I saw this really neat idea dish of eyeball pasta for halloween and wanted to make something similar. All the ones I saw online used black or green pasta but I wanted to do something a little different and I made it a little more colorful. It worked out perfect because I had some harvestables sitting around that fit this dish perfectly!!!
